Wang Zhisen, Han nationality, member of the Democratic Progressive Party, chief physician, disciple of Professor Tso Rucai Lang, a famous Tibetan medical scientist, and doctoral student. He published the monograph Song of Diagnosis and Treatment of Chinese and Tibetan Medicine, and published more than 20 academic papers such as Introduction to Theory and Practice of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine. At present, he is the director and researcher of Tibetan Medicine Research Office of Peking University Institute of Historical and Cultural Resources, the vice president of Shijiazhuang Tongji Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine, the executive director of the International Alliance of Three-high (Hyperlipidemia, Hypertension and Hyperglycemia) Drugs, the vice chairman of China Immunology Research Center, the deputy director of the Medical and Health Working Committee of Hebei Provincial Committee for Democratic Progressive Party, the vice president of Shijiazhuang Overseas Friendship Association, the vice president of Shijiazhuang Association of Returned Students and the Standing Committee of Shijiazhuang Municipal Political Consultative Conference.
