Briefly describe the prevention and first aid measures of asphyxia.
Answer: (1) Prevention of choking cough: ① Close observation of patients' condition and adverse reactions of related drugs, and liquid or semi-liquid diet should be adopted for patients with extrapyramidal adverse reactions; ② Strengthen diet care. Asphyxia patients are monitored or fed by special personnel, and liquid or semi-liquid diet is fed when necessary; (3) For patients who are hungry or don't know about hunger, they should eat alone, in portions or by special personnel. For people who overeat, we should control their food intake. (2) First aid for accidental ingestion: ① First aid on the spot, every second counts, immediately clear the food in the oropharynx and dredge the respiratory tract; (2) After the above methods are still ineffective, the patient should lie prone on the stool, let the upper body hang in the air, and violently squeeze the abdomen, so that the airflow will flush out the food balls that have entered the trachea. If it is still ineffective, insert a large needle into the trachea along the middle of cricothyroid cartilage and intubate as soon as possible; (3) In case of cardiac arrest, chest compressions should be performed immediately, and symptomatic rescue treatment should be given at the same time; (4) Perform tracheotomy when necessary, and do a good job of nursing tracheotomy to prevent complications.
