(1) The amount of grease injected into the sealed rolling bearing shall not exceed about 50% of the internal space at most.

(2) Equipment suppliers usually make lubrication plans according to running time. Fattening regularly.

(3) Select the appropriate grease according to the working conditions of the equipment:

High-speed bearing adopts fully synthetic high-speed bearing grease;

High-temperature bearing adopts fully synthetic high-temperature motor bearing grease and fully synthetic high-temperature high-speed bearing grease;

Heavy-duty bearing, choose fully synthetic high-temperature heavy-duty bearing grease;

Small and medium-sized bearings or reduce noise, choose fully synthetic noise-reducing bearing grease;

(4) Choose brands with good quality, such as Krupp kluber, Shanghai Hutou HOTOLUBE, Japan KEYJET, etc.
