Several themes of ancient poetry;

(1) wrote lyric poems about scenery, sang lyric poems about scenic spots and described natural scenery. Because of their dissatisfaction with reality, some ancient poets often attached their feelings to mountains and rivers, and expressed their thoughts and feelings by describing the scenery of rivers and lakes and natural scenery. This kind of poetry often contains the feelings expressed by the scenery described later, which is what people often say. Its style is fresh and natural.

(2) Poetry is sung by objects, and the poet describes the shape, characteristics, charm and character of the objects sung, so as to entrust the poet with his own feelings and express the poet's spirit, quality or ideal.

(3) nostalgia for poetry, which is caused by one thing, such as homesickness, homesickness and friends.

(4) Recalling the past and reciting epic poems, taking historical allusions as the theme, or expressing one's opinions, or satirizing the present through the past, or expressing vicissitudes of life.

(5) Describe the frontier battle, describe the frontier scenery and the military life of the soldiers guarding the frontier, or express optimism and heroism or homesickness, with tragic style and bold brushwork.

(6) Exile travel poems are also called "homesick poems". Mainly write the wandering, miserable and lonely state of mind of wanderers living in foreign countries, as well as the thoughts of their hometown and relatives. Poetry in the journey is usually written from the scenery around the traveler. What you see in your eyes and hear in your ears reminds you of your feelings, which in turn leads to the poet's longing for his distant hometown and warm family.
