The advantage is that the division of labor can be more clear, and of course there must be the core of the design team to synthesize. Or everyone can come up with a plan. As far as the latter is concerned, the scheme is superior to personal design in quantity. As far as the former is concerned, the local links of the overall design will be more detailed. The disadvantage is that poor coordination will bring negative effects, and there should be a core to review and synthesize the work of all participants.
