Article 22 The format of bachelor's degree certificate shall be formulated by the Ministry of Education. The certificate format of master's degree and doctor's degree shall be formulated by the State Council Academic Degrees Committee. The degree certificate of the degree winner shall be issued by the degree-granting unit.

The passed master's and doctoral dissertations are stored in the library of the degree-granting unit, and the passed doctoral dissertations are also stored in the Beijing Library and related professional libraries.

Twenty-fourth employees who apply for master's and doctoral degrees can enjoy a holiday of no more than two months after they have been approved by the degree-granting unit to take the course examination and thesis defense.
