Be able to comprehensively apply the knowledge and skills of project management (large-scale project management), project portfolio management and organizational strategy implementation to manage complex projects, large-scale projects and multi-projects; Be able to formulate and establish the project management system and relevant standards of project set management at the organizational level according to the organizational strategy; Be able to manage or lead the project management office and provide systems, mechanisms or environments for personnel deployment, comprehensive procurement, process standardization, strategic guidance, comprehensive testing and process improvement.

2. Examination requirements

(1) Be familiar with information knowledge, information technology and information system, and understand the relevant policies and development plans of China's informatization construction;

(2) Master the knowledge system, process, methods, technologies and tools of information system project management;

(3) Master the organization-level project management system composed of project, plan, portfolio and project management office;

(4) Master the knowledge, methods, tools and processes of information system project management;

(5) Master the knowledge, methods, tools and processes of information system portfolio management;

(6) Familiar with the basic contents of organizational process and project management process improvement and project governance;

(7) Grasp the relationship between project management, portfolio management and organizational strategy, and make full use of organizational strategy to guide the implementation of the project;

(8) Be familiar with or master the knowledge, methods or skills of computer system, software, network, data management and information system integration;

(9) Familiar with information security related knowledge and information security management system;

(10) Understand the relevant knowledge, methods and processes of comprehensive testing and monitoring of information systems;
