Fault diagnosis of automobile braking system
The common faults of automobile braking system include braking failure, braking deviation and braking failure. These three kinds of faults may cause light damage to the vehicle, and seriously affect the driving safety, so they need to be dealt with as soon as possible.

Fault phenomenon: when stepping on the brake pedal, the pedal does not rise and there is no resistance;

Judge the reason: check whether the brake fluid is missing; Whether the brake cylinder, pipeline and joint leak oil; Whether the master cylinder and sub-cylinder parts are damaged;

Fault phenomenon: the braking effect is not good when the brake pedal is stepped to the end; Continuous braking, the effect has not improved, and the pedal is gradually raised.

Cause: There is gas in the braking system.

Fault symptoms: continuous braking, high pedal, and improved braking effect.

Cause: The clearance between friction plate and brake drum is too large.

Fault symptoms: continuous braking, rising pedal position and sinking feeling.

Judge the cause: oil leakage.

Fault symptoms: the pedal position is very low; One more step, I feel hard if I can't get promoted.

Cause: The master cylinder is blocked.

Fault phenomenon: the pedal height is normal, and it does not sink without turning, but the braking effect is not good.

Cause: The gap between the friction plate and the brake drum is too large or there is oil pollution.

Fault phenomenon: braking deviation.

Reason: If the car leans to the left, it means that the right wheel brake is not in place, and vice versa.

Fault symptoms: mileage of vehicle driving section, and heating of brake drum (disc).

Reason: Check the master brake cylinder, slave brake cylinder or pipeline.

Symptoms: The free travel of the brake pedal is too small.

Reason for judgment: it needs to be adjusted.

Symptoms: Brake fluid level rises slowly.

Reason: Loosen the deflation screw and observe the return of the brake shoe. If the brake shoe returns, dredge the oil pipe; If the brake shoe does not return, remove and check the brake cylinder.
