This paper investigates the influencing factors of mobile phone dependence of college students in Anhui Province by questionnaire, and discusses the relationship between demographic variables, psychology, behavior habits and mobile phone dependence of college students. The results show that the demographic characteristics, psychological factors and behavioral factors of college students have significant effects on their mobile phone dependence. Based on the research conclusion, some suggestions are put forward to reduce the dependence of college students on mobile phones.

1 research and design
1. 1 questionnaire design
The questionnaire on influencing factors of college students' mobile phone dependence mainly involves four parts: first, the degree of college students' mobile phone dependence; Second, the psychological factors of college students, including self-esteem, self-control, loneliness and social support; Third, the behavioral factors of college students, including stress management behavior, behavior planning, learning behavior, exercise behavior, sleep behavior and bad living habits; Fourth, the personal information of college students, including gender, grade and major.
1.2 Respondents
The subjects of this questionnaire survey are college students from four universities in Anhui Province-Anhui University, Hefei University of Technology, Anhui Agricultural University and Suzhou University. * * * 670 questionnaires were distributed, and 642 valid questionnaires were collected, accounting for 54% of boys and 46% of girls.

2. 1 Reliability and validity analysis
① Reliability. The measurement of mobile phone dependence in the questionnaire involves six items. Cronbach's alpha coefficient table is obtained by analyzing the reliability of mobile phone dependence factors with SPSS software, as follows:
According to the table 1, the Cronbach α coefficient of the mobile phone dependence questionnaire for college students in Anhui province is 0.7 19 >: 0.7, which means that the questionnaire is stable and reliable.
② Validity. In the process of designing the Questionnaire on Influencing Factors of Mobile Phone Dependence of College Students in Anhui Province, we have consulted a large number of relevant theories and documents, borrowed the items designed in the questionnaire, and made a pre-study of the respondents, which ensured the good content validity of the questionnaire and made the designed questionnaire truly and effectively achieve the tested purpose.
2.2 Specific data analysis
① Mobile phone usage time. Among the valid questionnaires collected, 18 people seldom use mobile phones, 90 people spend 1-2 hours a day, 278 people spend 2-5 hours, 1, 3 1 people spend 6-8 hours. It can be seen from the survey conclusion that more than 80% of college students spend more than 2 hours on their mobile phones every day, and nearly 40% of them spend more than 5 hours on their mobile phones every day.
② Personal statistical characteristics (Table 2). Among college students, the dependence of girls on mobile phones is significantly higher than that of boys, with an average of 14.4 for boys and 16.0 for girls. There are also obvious differences in mobile phone dependence among students of different majors, and the mobile phone dependence of liberal arts students, science students and art students is decreasing.
③ Psychological factors (Table 3). Research? Y theory shows that these three psychological factors all have an impact on the degree of mobile phone dependence. The higher the self-esteem, the lower the dependence on mobile phones. The greater social support, the less mobile phone dependence, the less social support, the greater mobile phone dependence. The higher the self-control ability of college students, the less their dependence on mobile phones, the lower their self-control ability and the higher their dependence on mobile phones.
④ Behavioral factors (Table 4). The conclusion shows that the more planned college students are, the less dependent they are on mobile phones. The longer college students exercise every day, the less dependent they are on mobile phones. The influence of college students' sleep behavior on mobile phone dependence is low. The conclusion of the study on bad living habits shows that male college students who smoke rely more on mobile phones than male college students who don't smoke.
