How to understand the phenomenon of "ant tribe" and "rat tribe" and how to realize the full employment of college students? The emergence of more and more groups such as "rat clan" and "ant clan" has made us more aware of the importance of realizing full employment of college students. This paper analyzes the present situation of college students' employment and the reasons for their difficulty in obtaining employment, and puts forward a series of policies and measures to realize full employment of college students. The key words "ant tribe and rat tribe" refer to the "low-income group of college graduates" who live in urban villages with low income and unstable jobs. A few days ago, the "rat family" living in the rented basement replaced the "ant family" and became the focus of public attention. "Rat clan" refers to a group of people who live by renting a basement. Most of them live underground like rats, because their income is not high, and they can only stay in the basement in order to live in big cities. The emergence of groups such as "rat clan" and "ant clan", which are increasingly discussed in society, is because many college students are derailed from social needs because of their lack of professional knowledge and core competitiveness. In addition, with the continuous expansion of the annual enrollment scale of colleges and universities and the increasing pressure of social employment, there is an obvious phenomenon of oversupply in employment. This will directly lead to lower income, poor living conditions and lack of social security for college graduates. Therefore, solving the employment problem has become the focus of the whole society. I. Employment Status of College Students According to the prediction of relevant authorities, the number of college graduates will reach more than 6.6 million in 201kloc-0/year, an increase of 300,000 over 201year. And in the next few years, more college graduates will flood into the society, the number of unemployed will also increase substantially, and the employment situation of college students will be more severe. In addition to having a higher diploma and solid professional knowledge, you must also have strong working ability and even have a certain number of years of work experience. The global financial crisis triggered by the subprime mortgage crisis in the United States has led to the closure of a large number of small and medium-sized enterprises in China, and also led to the employment difficulties of graduate students in China.
