This semester, the school's scientific research work is guided by the work plan of the district scientific research room, with the topic of "practice and research of self-confidence education" as the starting point and the four-in-one teaching and research activity mode of "speaking, listening, evaluating and researching" as the carrier. Through the research of the subject, we can promote the professional growth of teachers, improve the overall quality of researchers and continuously improve the quality of school education. The specific work is summarized as follows:

First, strengthen learning and improve teachers' scientific research level

Scientific research is an important work of the school. At the beginning of the year, a leading group meeting on scientific research work was held to arrange the scientific research work plan for the new semester, and the contents of various scientific research work to be completed this semester were defined, such as the construction of the school's scientific research network, the open demonstration, the mid-term report and summary of various topics, and the teaching and research study of teachers. And actively organize teachers to study teaching and research theories. The content involves a series of lectures for teachers, the implementation of the "Two Outline" education in the classroom, and the Shanghai Journal of Educational Research. This semester, teachers are mainly organized to learn modern teaching-improve the workbook, which is divided into four groups: Chinese, mathematics, English and comprehensive, and write their learning experiences. At the same time, we will carry out a series of activities of "researching effective homework and improving teaching quality", and organize teachers to carry out the evaluation activities of "teachers' effective homework design cases" at the end of the period. In March, the essay activity "Please give me grades" was organized, and seven teachers made exchange speeches on behalf of the trade union group.

In order to let the teachers absorb more information, this semester specially invited experts such as the history of the district supervision office, Ju Lihua, Sun, Gao Jinlian and Shao, director of the district map working committee, to give special lectures. Through a series of learning and training activities, teachers are led to carry out teaching and scientific research activities, which enhances teachers' scientific research awareness and improves the scientific research level of all teachers as a whole.

Second, improve the construction of scientific research network and provide a learning platform for teachers.

Online learning is convenient and practical. In order to make teachers make better use of the campus network, we have done a lot of updates and enrichment on the use and maintenance of the campus network this semester. Opened columns such as "Art World" and "Education and Scientific Research". Sub-columns such as comprehensive management, project management, scientific research trends, school-based training, teacher-student rewards and information resources have been added to the column of educational scientific research. Leaders in charge of scientific research and network administrators jointly manage the scientific research network platform and update the information and content in the column in time. Timely release the school's major teaching and research trends, teaching and research achievements, teachers' awards and teachers' papers. Through this platform, teachers can also make use of the rich resources on the Internet to study hard, understand the trends, and improve their theoretical level and practical application ability.

Third, take the experimental subject of modern school system as the starting point to further improve the quality of running schools.

According to the experimental scheme of "Research on the Theory and Practice of Modern School System in Basic Education Stage" in Jiading District, the school actively declared "Experimental School of Modern School System Research" as the leading subject in the new five-year development plan. This paper focuses on the design of modern primary and secondary school cultural system, combining bilingual culture, national culture, tie-dyeing art and so on. While paying attention to inheriting and carrying forward the national culture, we should also pay attention to summarizing, refining and upgrading the excellent culture of our school. Strengthen the study of school spirit, school characteristics, three styles (school spirit, teaching style and study style), school motto and school image. To form an advanced school cultural system with school characteristics that meets the needs of the transition to a knowledge society and leads the basic direction of school development.

● On the afternoon of April 2nd, around the research theme of "training, understanding and improving classroom effectiveness", zhangyan and Yao Ping took two classes, Mimosa in Grade Two and Half a Candle in Grade Five respectively. The two teachers carefully designed teaching plans, focusing on students' thinking development and ability training from two aspects: training and feeling. The classroom atmosphere is warm and teachers and students cooperate tacitly, giving full play to students' subjectivity.

After class, Sun, researchers and teachers present commented on their lessons. Everyone fully affirmed the teaching methods, means and tact of the two teachers, and at the same time affirmed that they had just infiltrated the concept of the second phase of curriculum reform and the "two cardinal guides" education.

More than 150 people participated in this activity, including the leaders of the teaching and research section and the leading teachers of the brother schools.

On April 8th, Zhang Xiaoying was in charge of the district-level planning project "Research on the Effectiveness of Teaching Design of Chinese in Primary Schools under the Background of New Curriculum", and made the opening report in a group of scientific research films.

Then, Teacher Zhang Xiaoying made an opening speech on the topic of "Research on the Effectiveness of Chinese Classroom Teaching Design in Primary Schools under the Background of New Curriculum". She introduced the relevant situation, work done and problems encountered in detail, and then combined with the lesson of Antarctic Scenery, she talked about how she designed effective classroom teaching from many aspects. After listening to her opening report, everyone expressed their opinions and talked about their own views and suggestions. Teacher Zhang expressed his gratitude.

Later, Liu Qin, the leader in charge of scientific research in the school, gave a special lecture on "The Effectiveness of Selecting Topics for Educational Scientific Research". Combined with the reality of the school, she talked about the effectiveness of the topic selection from three aspects: concept, principle and source. Mr. Liu's exposition aroused public concern. Everyone agrees that the choice of teaching and research topics is the starting point of educational research. A valuable educational research project not only determines the correct direction of educational research, but also will improve the level of educational research and truly bring its benefits into play. As a teacher, we should carefully choose the experimental topics and make clear the basic requirements of the topics, so as to achieve twice the result with half the effort.

All members of the joint film group talked about their own ideas on how to choose effective educational research topics based on their own scientific research experience. Everyone expressed their opinions and the atmosphere was warm.

Finally, Cui Yun and Xu Ying made wonderful comments and concluding remarks. In this special training activity, everyone improved their understanding of the topic selection of educational research topics, further clarified the topic selection strategy of educational research topics, and laid a good foundation for better carrying out scientific research work in schools.

● On May 6th, Kei Ma presided over the district-level planning project "Practice and Research on" Flexible Operation "of Primary School Mathematics under the Second Curriculum Reform".

At the meeting, Mr. Kei Ma, the project leader, made a detailed report on the topic selection, research scheme, research contents and methods, preparatory work and problems encountered at this stage. Project team members and other math teachers participated in the project research and had a heated discussion, and put forward good opinions and suggestions. Everyone agrees that homework is an important activity to transform knowledge into ability and develop intelligence. To improve the effectiveness of teaching, we must improve the effectiveness of homework. Then Mr. Xu, the teaching assistant, organized everyone to study the picture book of Modern Teaching to improve homework, and put forward some suggestions to improve homework methods and improve homework efficiency.

Do a good job in the interim report and conclusion of some topics in June. The 24 teacher programs announced in the 2009 school year are about to be completed. Nine teachers who applied for the 20 10 school year made a mid-term summary.
