Blind evaluation refers to a system of organizing expert group evaluation, that is, anonymous submission, which means that the evaluation tutor does not know who the author of the paper is. In this way, the false positive rate of scores is low, which is generally used in college marking.

External auditing refers to sending papers to experts from other units for auditing. Some schools are managed by the degree office in a unified way, while others are guided by tutors. 90% of the papers are submitted by experts appointed by the tutor.

The right of reply can only be obtained after the blind trial and the external trial are passed, and you can't graduate if you fail to reply. As long as two experts pass the blind trial or two experts pass the external trial, they have the right of reply. The defense Committee does not include experts from external auditors, and only half of them can graduate.

The self-examination form is downloaded from the graduate school homepage, and the paper self-examination form needs to be reviewed and signed by the tutor; Electronic document naming: student number+name+self-taught list, please send it to the email address of the degree office: the email address of your own school, and then submit it for review.

3. A full set of copies of academic papers published during the study period.

Including the periodical cover, catalogue, full text, original letter of appointment (including the year, volume and issue number to be published), copies of the full text of the accepted papers and other achievements, and copies of conference papers, which shall be reviewed and signed by the chairman of the degree evaluation sub-committee.

4. Thesis review fee (RMB xxxx per doctoral student)

The charging rules are as follows: xx experts are hired for each doctoral thesis, and each expert's evaluation fee is xxxx yuan, and the tutor pays part of the fees (different schools charge different fees), that is, xxxx yuan; Graduate schools and colleges each pay part of the cost. All expenses will be paid by credit card.
