Endostatin, English name endostatin, is the first report in the world. 1June, 1997, Cell magazine published a paper on mouse endostatin gene by folkman research group of Harvard Medical School, which caused an international sensation, no less than Dolly's report on cloning, and quickly attracted the attention of the medical community. Endostatin gene was first reported in China on March 25th, 1998. China Patent Bulletin published our report "Cloning method of human endostatin gene and its application in anti-tumor angiogenesis therapy". Up to now, our two patents 9710712.8 and 9811517.9 have been published. We are human endostatin, and the homology between human endostatin gene and mouse endostatin gene is 83.33%.
