Brief introduction of modern mechanical design methods
This book is written by China Mechanical Engineering Society according to the regulations and requirements of Qualification Certification Rules for Trainee Mechanical Design Engineers. Its purpose is to improve the adaptability of college students and meet the urgent needs of employers for talents. Brief introduction of basic theory and method of mechanical reliability
Based on the reliability of mechanical systems and their components, Basic Theories and Methods of Mechanical Reliability collects the latest research results at home and abroad, and introduces the new understanding and development of basic reliability theories, models and methods such as the relationship between reliability and product life cycle cost, the relationship between failure rate and time, the relationship between load and intensity interference, and the relationship between system reliability and component reliability. In the reliability of parts, the concept and model of load intensity interference are explained in the general sense of mathematics, which greatly expands the application scope of traditional models. In the aspect of system reliability, the method of reliability analysis and modeling directly at the system level is introduced by using the thinking method of system engineering, which breaks through the traditional reliability analysis framework of "from component to system". In the aspect of system fault analysis, Petri net model and corresponding new fault analysis method are introduced. In addition, the reliability of multi-state parts and systems is described in detail by using the general generating function method.
