Abstract: At present, clean technology has been applied in many fields, such as electronics factory, food industry, medical and health care, laboratory and other environments that need strict cleanliness. This paper mainly discusses the application of clean technology in air conditioning system to ensure its good operation and strengthen daily maintenance management, hoping to provide reference for relevant staff through the discussion of the article.

At present, with the rapid development of science and technology in China, higher requirements are put forward for medical treatment, scientific research, precision instruments and laboratories in China. As a special building in ventilation and air conditioning engineering, clean air conditioning has been widely used in these professional fields. Compared with ordinary air-conditioning engineering, clean air-conditioning engineering requires higher cleanliness and tightness of air ducts and unit equipment. Therefore, it is necessary to ensure the construction quality of each link in the installation and construction process. Based on this background, this paper discusses the key construction technology and maintenance measures of clean air conditioning installation project.
1 Installation and construction of clean air conditioner
1. 1 Selection of clean air conditioning equipment and materials
For the installation project of clean air conditioning, the selection of equipment and related materials is a step and a very important step. All selected equipment and materials must comply with relevant specifications and requirements. It is best to have relevant factory certificate or quality-related appraisal certificate. When necessary, the quality of equipment and materials can be checked twice before construction. In clean air conditioning, air duct is very important equipment. When selecting air duct, its surface must be corrosion-resistant, rust-free, dust-free and dust-free. Hot-rolled steel plates whose surfaces are easy to corrode cannot be used as materials. Once corroded, the surface will become uneven and the rust will be difficult to remove. According to engineering practice, high-quality galvanized steel plate is the best choice. When selecting galvanized steel plate, it is necessary to ensure that its surface is galvanized evenly, without obvious oxide layer, pinhole, pitting, peeling, blistering and galvanized layer falling off.
1.2 key installation procedures of clean air conditioning installation project
Before the installation of clean air conditioning, a specific installation schedule should be made, and coordination with other professions should be highlighted in the schedule, and the installation process should be strictly followed. Generally speaking, the construction process of clean air conditioning installation project mainly includes: cleaning and installation; First, the upper ceiling is installed in the middle; Cut off the ceiling first; Large equipment enters the site first and then closes the partition; Purification and installation first, then process installation; Interior decoration is first up and then down, first inside and then outside; Carry out ground treatment after the clean room is completed; Adjustment before test. 1.2. 1 air duct installation points. In the installation process of air duct, there are also many construction methods and measures different from ordinary air duct system. Specifically, before air duct construction, pay-off should be carried out according to the intention of design drawings, and most of the holes of supports and hangers should be drilled. Before the air duct installation personnel are in place, the corresponding repair and expansion targets should also be completed ahead of schedule; After that, combined with different air duct connection methods and different treatment measures, we can refer to the technical specification of ventilation duct. Before installing the air duct, relevant measures should be taken to ensure the cleanliness of the air duct, and the garbage or pollution sources generated in the construction process should be removed in time.
1.2.2 Key points of air conditioning unit and fan. Similar to before the installation of air ducts, before the installation of air conditioning units and fans, internal cleaning and wiping measures should be taken to remove pollution sources such as dust and sundries. After installation, run 12 hours before installing neutral filter. After the air conditioning unit is installed, air leakage can be detected. If leakage is found, it should be sealed with sealant.
1.2.3 Key points of high efficiency filter. Before installing HEPA filter, the clean room must be thoroughly cleaned. After repeated purging and dust removal, it should be installed during system testing. Pay attention to protect the filter paper when opening the HEPA filter package. If FFU is used, pay attention to the installation of the fan and filter at the same time to avoid damaging the filter paper.
1.3 orderly trial operation and debugging of clean air conditioner
After the installation of clean air conditioning, it is also very important to carry out orderly trial operation and debugging. After the installation of the clean air conditioner, on the one hand, do a good job in cleaning the air conditioner room and filtration system, on the other hand, comprehensively check the electricity, power supply and automation of the clean air conditioner system, and then start the trial operation of the clean air conditioner. Before debugging, a careful debugging plan can be made, and special debugging personnel can be arranged under unified organization to ensure that the system can pass the test of various indicators after stability. For the debugging of clean air conditioning, we can focus on the air volume and pressure difference of the system. For example, the debugging of on-site air volume can adopt the equal ratio distribution method. Adjust the air volume of the high-efficiency air supply outlet at the end from the most unfavorable loop of the system. When adjusting, it should be noted that if the air volume of the high-efficiency air supply outlet on the same branch pipe is large as a whole, the valve of the branch pipe should be reduced first to avoid the possible loud howling when adjusting the valve of the high-efficiency air supply outlet at the end.
2 Operation and maintenance of clean air conditioning system
As the basic unit of air purification, air filter is the core of purification project. In order to ensure the normal operation of air conditioning system, it is necessary to choose a reasonable filter. The quality of filter is related to the service life of filter. The service life of the filter system can also be extended by routine maintenance of the filter. If the filter is not updated in time, it will increase the wind resistance of the filter and affect the normal operation of the equipment.
Here, I have to talk about the basic principle of air purification. Mainly through multi-stage filtration of air, a medium efficiency filter is set in the fresh air unit, and then it is sent to the static pressure box after passing through the secondary high efficiency filter. The high-efficiency filter is the last barrier to purify the air, which can ensure that the air is well treated. After the air filter in the clean air conditioning system is used for a period of time, the air supply volume of the system should be tested regularly. Its dust holding capacity and air resistance will reach the maximum allowable value, so it is necessary to replace the filter in the clean air conditioning system. Usually, the medium efficiency filter element is replaced once every quarter, the secondary high efficiency filter element is replaced once every six months, and the high efficiency filter element is replaced once a year. If it is not replaced in time, the air supply volume of the clean air conditioning system will be reduced and it will not operate normally.
During the operation of clean air conditioning system, relevant enterprises should record the operation time of the system and replace relevant components in time, otherwise the system will be invalid. For example, a mushroom enterprise in Guangdong did not change the filter strictly according to the specified time, and finally only ozone disinfection was carried out in the inoculation room at the same time, which greatly reduced the success rate of inoculation.
In addition, for the use of filters in clean air-conditioning systems, we need to pay attention to the following aspects: (1) After the air filtration equipment is turned on, it needs to be self-purified for half an hour through primary, intermediate and high-efficiency filtration to make the air cleanliness reach100%; (2) When there are branch air ducts, the main air inlet shall be filtered by first-class efficiency and medium-efficiency, and then by high-efficiency filtration when it reaches each branch air duct, so that it can reach 100 level; (3) Because13 air comes from the outside when the air conditioner is working, the heating or cooling air entering the room should be purified and filtered; (4) The floor should have a return air duct.
Based on the above, we should do the following: First, establish detailed air conditioning system operation and maintenance procedures, and strictly implement them; Secondly, according to the actual operation situation, the time and responsible person of various maintenance work are stipulated and recorded accordingly to ensure its operability; Finally, a reward and punishment system is established to reward those who can improve the operation level of the system, reduce the operation cost and improve the reliability of the system, and punish those who can't strictly implement various regulations and maintain them in time, so as to improve the sense of responsibility and enthusiasm of the staff.
3 Conclusion
To sum up, compared with ordinary air conditioning systems, clean air conditioning projects have stricter requirements on cleanliness and sealing, and the details in the construction process are more complicated. Therefore, in addition to mastering the construction points in the installation process of clean air conditioning project, we should also strictly manage the installation details to improve the cleanliness awareness of the installers, so as to further improve the construction quality of the whole clean air conditioning installation project.
