The key to giving lies in the heart, and giving is to relieve the suffering and enlightenment of all beings. The Buddha said in the Diamond Sutra: All sentient beings will enter nirvana if they are oviparous, viviparous, wet, metaplastic, colored, colorless, mindful, mindless and mindless. In other words, a demon, a fungus, a fly and a mother in the eighteen layers of hell are all the same in the Buddha's place, and the Buddha will treat every living being like a mother. This definition of sentient beings can be said to have transcended the so-called scientific category of human beings. This high degree of equality is like this, and it is true equality. This kind of humility is the real humility. Then, the Buddha said: If there are countless infinite beings, no one can destroy them. Why? Subbodhi, a bodhisattva is not a bodhisattva if it has a self-image, portrait, living image and longevity image. "This is the heart, some people give for merit, that is, there is no merit. Emperor Liang asked Master Dharma, I have built so many temples and raised so many monks. How great is my merit? Dharma replied that he had no merit. This is impure. So the generosity of Buddhism is to make people truly equal and humble.
Endure humiliation is to let us see the empty phase, where there is phase, where there is illusion. Humiliation is just humiliation. It doesn't make you bear the burden of humiliation, but it makes you see that the origin of things is empty. Don't be persistent. It makes you let go, leave it alone and don't care.
Ordinary people have many habits, which are all influenced by their sixth sense. If they don't give alms, endure humiliation, observe precepts, practice diligently and meditate, they know that they can cultivate great wisdom.
