Internship purpose: Understand the daily operation of the company, and analyze the corresponding system requirements according to the daily operation of the company, so as to achieve the purpose of understanding customers. It lays a foundation for the practicability of the corresponding software to be made soon.
4. Internship report:
Our internship unit is a private company with a relatively large scale, but in the daily management of the company, family management mode is often adopted. In addition to car maintenance, the company's daily business activities also include car maintenance, car maintenance and sales of auto parts. At present, the management of this enterprise is in a chaotic state: the company's responsibilities and rights are not clear enough, the company's division of labor is not clear enough, and even the company's warehousing management is not standardized, resulting in a large number of losses and unnecessary losses of stored goods, as well as confusion of accounts and waste of procurement expenses and warehousing expenses.
In view of the above situation of the company, Mr. Dong, the leader of the company, decided to carry out drastic management reform and introduce advanced management concepts and tools. In order to solve the problem of inexplicable loss of storage items, the company introduced monitoring equipment such as cameras in 2005 (although it cost tens of thousands, the effect was not obvious). In mid-June, 2006, the company also bought computers and other information equipment, and is going to launch a feasible enterprise management system for the company around June, 2007 (that is, our project).
It seems that the company's production organization still adopts the organization mode of "one pot of rice", and the division of labor is not clear. A car came in and the manager deployed it, and the efficiency was not bad. When managers are too busy, it will make staff shuffle and drag each other, which will greatly reduce work efficiency. This management mode will inevitably lead to employees' bad habits of low enthusiasm and laziness, which will make enterprises lose customers and vitality.
The operation mode of Anshun Company is a typical purchase, sale and storage mode. The company submits orders to various parts manufacturers, and then the finished products are transported to the company's warehouse, and finally sold by the front desk (reception room, counter) or the company's garage about 100 meters away from the warehouse.
The low degree of enterprise informatization is the company's biggest weakness. The company didn't even have a computer before 2005 1 1. The only information tool at that time was the telephone. The daily management and operation orders of the company are issued through a telephone line. Of course, sometimes "white bars" are used to give daily management and operation orders, and sometimes even verbal communication is used.
5. Internship experience
First of all, I'd like to thank Mr. Dong from Anshun Company for giving us this precious internship opportunity, so that we can apply all the knowledge we have learned to real life, let us realize the gap between books and real life during the internship, and let us learn a lot of things that books can't touch (including driving and simple car troubleshooting and maintenance, hehe).
Secondly, in this internship, I have a deeper understanding of the importance of enterprise information management. If the management is not too extensive and the rights and responsibilities are not clear enough, this Anshun auto repair company has been successful in my official career. With these millions of assets, how can it just stand still? Strong strength, advanced assembly line equipment, excellent staff, almost all excellent conditions are combined, just because the management method is not scientific and reasonable enough, the company has stopped in its development. During our internship, Mr. Dong complained more than once. He said, "I don't know how it happened. Every account check is inconsistent, at least a few or dozens. There are hundreds of dollars if there are more. Things in the warehouse are often out of stock until they are enough. Then the waiting car (the car to be repaired) will stop at the workshop warehouse. Indeed, in our internship program, we also found that Anshun Auto Repair Company did not have a plan to purchase goods. Sometimes the goods caused a backlog in the warehouse, and sometimes there were not enough buyers when using the goods. As Teacher Dong said just now, it led to repeated procurement and small-batch procurement, which would increase the procurement cost and cause a lot of waste of procurement funds. The cost increases and the profit decreases, which leads to the decline of the company's competitiveness. Although the company is large in scale, with 8 heavy vehicle maintenance lines and 1 special vehicle maintenance workshop (there are fewer vehicles in Zhuang Lei area of Luanxian County, but there are many heavy vehicles), I wonder if even Bill Gates can catch up with such management and such "small profits".
In this internship, I also saw my own shortcomings. The lack of knowledge has turned many of my ideas into "ideal equations", especially when analyzing the system, I feel at a loss. At this time, our newborn calf's "momentum" of not being afraid of tigers has disappeared, replaced by timidity or being at a loss. This also shows us the importance of practice.
