Although the film only tells a warm and pure story peacefully, it makes me feel what a real fairy tale is.
Legend has it that in Miyazaki Hayao's hometown, there is a magical creature living and playing around us, but ordinary people can't see them. Only children's innocent hearts can capture their traces. If you calm down and listen, maybe you can vaguely hear them running in the wind.
The whole movie revolves around this legend. The girl Xiaoyue and her sister Xiaomi moved to their new home in the country with their father. The beautiful rural scenery made them experience the happiness they had never had before. I met my totoro in the mysterious towering old oak cave. Looks like a hill, fat and cute, so the two sisters made friends with my neighbor totoro. My Neighbor Totoro is telling the magical experience of two sisters, Xiaoyue and Xiaomei. Xiaomei is very naughty. She found the smallest chinchilla. She has been chasing it, but she didn't expect it to be invisible. But Xiaomei looked at it hard. She kept chasing until she got to a narrow hole where she couldn't get in. Xiaomei thought of waiting for him at the exit, but what she didn't expect was that the little totoro went out from the entrance with a medium-sized totoro, and Xiaomei didn't catch it. The medium-sized Totoro is gray, the same color as the largest Totoro, but many times smaller than the largest Totoro. The medium-sized chinchilla carries a bag full of oak seeds.
