1. The mechanical part of the clutch control mechanism is stuck.
2. Insufficient or leaking hydraulic oil in the clutch master cylinder.
3. The clutch cylinder is rusted.
4. The air passage of the clutch booster cylinder is blocked or the cylinder leaks.
5. The clutch release fork is broken or bent.
6, separation bearing or bearing seat fall off.
Exclusion process:
1. Check whether the mechanical control mechanism of the clutch is stuck or disturbed. If not, proceed to the second step.
2. Check whether the brake hydraulic oil is sufficient and leaks. If the oil quantity is insufficient, add hydraulic oil and check whether it is normal after debugging, and check whether there is oil leakage position at each connection part. If not, please continue to the next step.
3. Check whether the clutch booster pump leaks air. If there is air leakage during trial operation, it is suspected that the rubber sealing ring inside the booster pump has been worn for a long time, resulting in air leakage. After replacing new parts, the test run is normal.
Precautions:
There are all kinds of serious clutch failures. Firstly, the phenomenon that the booster pump does not return because it has no free stroke, resulting in clutch slipping, is eliminated. During the inspection, it is necessary to troubleshoot from the outside to the inside, from easy to difficult, and finally find out the fault phenomenon.
