In rural areas, why do farmers grow slowly by raising pigs and feeding corn?
Why do pigs fed corn grow slowly in rural areas? In rural areas, everyone used to grow grain and raise pigs by themselves. In the past, every household fed several pigs, which was an important source of income for the family. Children's school fees, medicine for the elderly and daily expenses at home are all paid by raising those pigs.

Why do pigs fed corn grow slowly? I have been raising pigs at home for as long as I can remember. When I was six or seven years old, I started cooking pig food at home. I used to raise pigs with my own food, because the food at home couldn't sell at that price. Basically, corn and sweet potatoes are fed to pigs! The slow growth of pigs has much to do with the food they eat. For example, compound feed is specially prepared for fattening, with comprehensive nutrition, and can improve the growth time of pigs according to the addition of various substances. Pigs with compound feed grow fast and can grow to 300 kg in five or six months. In rural areas, it is difficult for pigs fed with grain to grow to more than 300 kilograms a year.

In rural areas, pigs are fed with wet feed. The so-called wet material is to grind the grain, brew it with hot water, or cook it in a big pot. In rural areas, pig food is usually cooked. Chopped vegetables, pumpkins and sweet potatoes are boiled in a pot, then corn flour, wheat bran and rice bran are poured in and stirred. Stir and mix with water to feed pigs. It's like paste after stirring. This is called wet material. Dry feed is fed directly, as long as the feed is poured into the pig trough without adding water to stir, and the pig will go to the water dispenser to drink water after eating. Wet ingredients are just soup with water. These things are not so nutritious. Dry food is dry when eaten, and the prepared feed is absorbed in the stomach, so it grows fast. Except soup, the wet substance is water, and two bubbles of urine will suppress the stomach.

However, pigs fed with grain taste good, while pigs fed with feed are not strong and have no original flavor of pork. Some people say that eating meat often is because life is good now, so pork is not delicious now. The taste of pork has not changed, but the taste of people has changed! My family has been raising pigs since before, and they all grow their own grain. Pigs raised with grain for one year are definitely more delicious than those fed with feed, and the color of meat is different. Pork raised in grain is dark, and pork in feed is pink. Pigs raised with their own food grow slowly but strongly, have good physique, are not easy to get sick and grow naturally.

The two feeding methods eat different things. One is natural growth, and the other is fattening, which is naturally different.
