External audit is a spot check, and the spot check result of graduate degree thesis is an important index for the qualification evaluation of national degree authorization points and the evaluation of subject level, and it is also an important basis for the school to dynamically adjust the degree authorization points, allocate graduate education resources, and audit the enrollment qualifications of graduate tutors. In order to strengthen the quality supervision of dissertations and further improve the quality of doctoral and master's degree authorization points of Fudan University, these measures are formulated in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Sampling Measures for Master's Dissertations of the Ministry of Education and the Sampling Measures for Master's Dissertations of Shanghai Municipal Education Commission, and in combination with the reality of our school.
