Second, the contact with classmates is not close enough, and there is less communication with classmates. The main reason is that the schedule of work and rest is not reasonable enough to work and study very effectively, which leads to tight use of time and inadvertently reduces the time for communication with classmates. Secondly, because I'm introverted, I'm not good at talking, and I'm worried about finding classmates to disturb my rest, which leads me to be unable to communicate with my classmates actively and understand their feelings and thoughts.
