According to official website of China Western Economic Research Institute in Cai Xi, the summer camp of China Western Economic Research Institute in Cai Xi needs thesis defense, so as to enhance the understanding of our economic, financial and management research and postgraduate training. China Western Economic Research Center of Southwestern University of Finance and Economics was established as a teaching and scientific research unit in June 2000 on the basis of merging the original macroeconomic research center and China Western Economic Research Center.
