2. Select menu bar-Insert-Table, and select a table with 3 rows and 2 columns according to this example.

3. Enter the contents into the table respectively.

4. Adjust the format settings, such as the column width of the table, to meet your own requirements.

5. First select the table in the first column on the left, and right-click "Borders and Shading".

6. In the border and shading window that pops up, select the border bar, select the "None" border in the settings, and then confirm.

7. After completion, we can find that the left side has been aligned, and then we will deal with the alignment of the underlined content on the right side.

8. Similarly, select the table in the right column and right-click Borders and Shading.
