Xu Quan (1968-), male, born in Changde, Hunan Province, doctor of law, professor and doctoral supervisor of the School of International Law of Southwest University of Political Science and Law. Main research directions: international trade law, international investment law and WTO legal system, and have a deeper research on the principle of national economic sovereignty. Personal monographs include: On National Economic Sovereignty, etc. Many papers were reprinted or excerpted by China Social Science Abstracts and International Law of Renmin University of China.
