In many studies on how to relieve constipation, most people think that oral Chinese medicine decoction, oral western medicine laxative, external intestinal moistening agent and enema can be treated. However, these methods are easy to form dependence, which can only be temporarily alleviated and cannot achieve long-term solutions. The nursing methods of this disease in our department are summarized as follows:
2. 1 Emotional nursing is one of the factors leading to constipation. Constipation patients are mostly sad because of long illness. Therefore, it is necessary to explain to such patients that it is easy for them to have dry stools due to depression of emotions, stagnation of liver qi and hyperactivity of heart and gallbladder, and guide them to adjust their emotions to eliminate tension and anxiety. Maintaining a good mood and creating a good working and living environment can alleviate the neurological disorders caused by mental stress, anxiety and fear, and can effectively improve the constipation symptoms of patients. At the same time, it is very important to keep enough sleep and good living habits to improve constipation symptoms.
For patients who need to stay in bed for a long time, we should first establish the confidence to overcome the disease, explain some successful cases to the patients, and then formulate and implement the nursing plan according to the patients' own specific conditions, which can better solve the constipation.
