Argumentative essay on conceit
Self-confidence is power-the power to attract, persuade, influence and succeed. Imagine what your life would be like if you were very confident! Self-confidence and conceit are different. However, these two characteristics are different. We apply them to our daily life in different ways. They have a unique influence on personal happiness and contribute to different degrees of success in the process of achieving our goals. A fundamental difference between self-confidence and conceit is the firm belief in self, not the need to show superiority.

Confident people believe that they are capable and valuable. He doesn't need to prove his value to others or himself by seeking attention or showing off, because he has a sense of security and a positive attitude towards his achievements. At the same time, a conceited person usually feels inferior and shows his superior qualities to prove his value to himself and others.

Confident people usually have good interpersonal skills. If you like yourself and you want others to like you, you are more inclined to adopt an honest, open and trustworthy behavior model. At the same time, conceited people may subconsciously look down on themselves, which usually turns into negative interpersonal skills, such as ruthless and self-centered behavior, which may make others resent.

So I also think that self-confidence is a person's quality, but conceit is not a factor of success.
