From September 20xx 10 to October 27th, 20xx/KLOC-0, I conducted a seven-week educational practice in Shantou Huaqiao Middle School. The main contents of this internship are class management and classroom teaching.

1 class management

Class management is the first job I took over during my internship. The first day I came to Huaqiao Middle School happened to be Teacher's Day, which was a meaningful day. And this day happened to be the class meeting of Grade One, so I introduced myself briefly at the class meeting of Grade One 1 under the guidance of my former class teacher.

Class 1 1 is one of the two key classes in senior high school. There are 62 students in the class, including 24 boys and 38 girls. From the first time I walked into the classroom of Grade One 1 class, I felt that the class was very lively and active, and in the following relationship, I did confirm this view.

During the internship, under the guidance of the former class teacher, Mr. Ma, I completed this part of the work of the class teacher and made a detailed record of class management, so that I could fully understand the core of class management during the internship. Then, when I first arrived in Grade One 1 class, I found that students lacked consciousness in their studies and often defaulted on their homework. From the unit tests of several subjects, it can be seen that there is a certain gap between the two key classes, and the students in Grade One and Grade Two are obviously slightly better in mathematics and physics than Grade One 1 class. I also learned a lot in extracurricular tutoring and correcting homework this time. Because there is no self-study class in senior three, students mainly come to me for after-school tutoring. From the questions some students asked me, it can be seen that students are not used to the pioneering nature of high school mathematics learning. They often think that mathematical problems should be limited to defining concepts, but they don't know how to extend from concept definition to analyzing concepts. I think this should also be the disadvantage of many students. To solve this phenomenon, students must be made clear that high school mathematics is different from junior high school mathematics, and high school mathematics needs students' learning consciousness and divergent thinking. When correcting homework, I think it is the best place to see the students' learning situation. Sometimes you think students understand in class and really nod and answer yes, but in fact they sometimes make mistakes when doing their homework. This should be a common problem for many students, and homework just shows us the truest side of students' learning. Every time I change my homework, I will write notes next to their wrong questions. If there are mistakes in knowledge, I will ask them to rewrite them.
