Writing literature review should follow the following writing principles:
1."5w" writing principle. The "5W" principle is that the author must seek truth from facts and truly inherit the previous research results, that is, the retrieval principle. Specifically, it is the principle of writing literature review according to who, when, where, why and what academic opinions are put forward. In other words, the writing of literature review should adopt the method of actual citation, strictly use the original text of the cited author, and are not allowed to take it out of context and play it at will. A truly valuable literature review should enable readers to consult and quickly find the source of the literature for further textual research and research. Following the "5W" document writing principle is conducive to respecting intellectual property rights and maintaining the dignity of academic research; Conducive to the sound development of academic research; Conducive to academic accumulation. At present, many so-called literature reviews popular in China's economic circles are not standardized, such as "Friedman (1968) proposed …" and "North (1963) constructed …" and so on. The literature review of this kind of report is worthless. Because after reading the literature review, it is still difficult for readers to grasp what the author is based on. Strictly speaking, such a literature review is neither inherited nor open, which is not helpful to academic research.
2. Classic principle. Literature review should adhere to the principle of classical writing. The so-called classic writing principle means that the content of literature review should be the classic works of classic figures in the research field, rather than some fragments of academic "outsiders". Generally speaking, each research topic has its own unique classic literature in its field. The author must be familiar with the classic literature in his own research field.
