Experience of clinical laboratory practice _ Summary of clinical laboratory practice
Part I: Internship Experience in Clinical Laboratory This summer, we experienced two weeks' internship in the Clinical Laboratory, which was short but meaningful and benefited a lot.

We are the last group in this exercise. There are only 4-6 people in each of the first three groups, while there are as many as 9 people in our group, which shows that everyone is full of interest and enthusiasm for this practice. Before the internship, I heard the news that although there were few people in the first batch, nothing happened, so everyone was more active and took the initiative to find a teacher to do the experiment. Thanks to the efforts of the students, we won the unanimous praise of all teachers at the end of the practice, which is really a happy thing.

Practice is over, and everyone has their own feelings and understanding of this experience. The following are the experiences of some team members, I hope you can share them.

Tan Feng: Although the internship lasted only two weeks, we benefited a lot from it. I still remember the teachers' smiles. The teachers in the laboratory have very heavy tasks every day, but they still answer our questions patiently every time. I have been working and laughing with them these days, and more importantly, I have learned about the work in the laboratory and have a certain concept of the career I may be engaged in in in the future. Thanks to the teachers in the laboratory for patiently guiding us. I am also very grateful to the school for arranging this opportunity for us. Although we don't have many opportunities to do it, we have learned a lot by watching teachers and seniors do it, watching for ourselves, and asking immediately if we don't understand anything. Especially on Fridays, when interns don't come to work, we have a better chance to start working. Thinking that I can help the teacher do something and get exercise, I am very satisfied.

Song Xiaodong: Two weeks of practice will soon be over. Although the time was short, I learned a lot. I remember that on the first day of practice, we didn't know anything, so we just stood there and watched the teacher busy and couldn't even help. However, under the guidance of the teacher, we gradually learned to use various instruments and became familiar with the whole operation process ... The next day, we basically started to find something to do by ourselves, and then asked the teacher for advice when we met something we didn't understand. As a result, we gradually accumulated knowledge in our work day after day. It can be said that this practice is to apply a lot of knowledge learned in the original textbook to practical operation, how elisa is used in immunoassay, and how the blood cell analysis ceremony works ... In addition, some teachers often ask us some questions, although sometimes they can't answer them, and then the teacher will explain the knowledge points to us and consolidate the original content while learning new content. Other teachers will take the time to explain the working principles of various instruments to us, so that we can have a preliminary understanding and understanding of various instruments. In a word, this practice has benefited a lot, enriched my summer vacation life and learned a lot of knowledge.

Chen Ying: The practical experience of this holiday, whether it is work or study, has gained a lot. In terms of work, after two weeks of observation and experience, I basically understand the content and nature of the laboratory work, which will be very helpful for future practice. In learning, I have enriched a lot of clinical knowledge and gained a lot of perceptual knowledge about the examination content. Through practice, you can find blind spots in the learning process and urge yourself to consolidate your knowledge. The summer internship gives us a perceptual knowledge of the work of the clinical laboratory, so that we can not only be familiar with the workflow, but also learn knowledge that is not available in books in such a clinical environment. In western countries, medical students will study in a clinical environment for two years before returning to the classroom. In China, on the contrary, we learn basic theoretical knowledge first and then enter the clinic. I think we should pay more attention to the combination of sensibility and rationality.

Wu Ji: I chose the major of medical laboratory, so I naturally paid more attention to this link in this internship. Although I am only responsible for the relatively simple part of practice, I am still very excited to really apply what I have learned! In school, teachers are always teaching, students are listening, and the theoretical part is the main part. You can also master your own professional knowledge. I thought I could handle the internship, but the internship in the hospital was not as easy as I thought. Usually in school, if you make a mistake, you can hand it in, but in hospital, you must never make a mistake. Because quality comes first and quality is not good, the reputation of the hospital will be affected and the efficiency will be reduced. Hospitals will fail in the wave of competition. The so-called "sailing against the current, if you don't advance, you will retreat." Hospitals must always maintain this competitive state in order to be invincible in society. Because of this, the hospital will be in an invincible position. Every link can't go wrong. This requirement can't be learned in the school classroom. At school, you may solve a problem and make a plan. But what is more needed here is the combination with reality. Only theory, no actual operation, just an armchair strategist. It is impossible to gain a foothold in this society, so you must be very careful, and once you make a mistake, unlike in school, the teacher puts a red cross and then changes it.

Practice is just the beginning, and there will be more professional courses and internship opportunities in the future. But with this experience, I believe that each of us will walk better and have more confidence in the future, because we have dabbled in it, because we know the process and have a general impression. As long as we work hard on the details, everything will be like a duck to water.

Chapter two: Experience of clinical laboratory practice. In a blink of an eye, my year in the laboratory of the First People's Hospital of _ _ _ is coming to an end, and I have mixed feelings when I recall what I experienced in the stage. Originally confused and ignorant, I am now returning home with a full load, which is called the joy of doctors for the first time, the joy of learning to operate instruments for the first time, and the selfless care and teaching of hospital leaders and teachers, which is still vivid in my mind and still touches me. Now, I am about to leave this place where I first worked, and I have a lot of sadness in my heart. However, I left to give full play to my social value in more places. I believe this first experience will never be forgotten by me.

This is a very meaningful thing. We can learn knowledge that is not available in books at school and increase our social skills. We must test our knowledge in school, although sometimes we think that the knowledge in books is useless at all. However, having knowledge means having the ability to learn. So I think the purpose is not to get a diploma, but to acquire knowledge and work skills. In other words, studying at school is to meet the needs of society and to ensure that we can finish our future work and make contributions to society through study. However, there is bound to be a big gap when we step out of the ivory tower of the university and enter the society, especially in the relatively special industry of medicine, where the gap between theory and practice is too big. Therefore, it is a blessing for me to use this year as a buffer. Through my work, I know the actual needs of the work, so that the purpose of learning is more clear and the effect will be better.

It is not only the consolidation and strengthening of the theoretical learning stage, but also the cultivation and exercise of the operation of inspection skills, and it is also the best training before employment. Although this period of time is not very long, it is very important for everyone. When I first entered the laboratory, I always felt at a loss. I'm in a relatively unfamiliar state about inspection work, and I don't know how to adapt to such a new environment. Fortunately, the patient explanation of the laboratory teachers made me familiar with the work flow quickly, and the experience taught by the teachers also gave me a deeper understanding of the laboratory specialty and learned a lot of more specific laboratory knowledge that I couldn't learn in school.

Inspection is a major that needs to be very careful. Although I knew something before I entered the hospital, I felt more deeply after I really entered the department. Compared with other departments in the hospital, the laboratory is not a big department, but it plays an indispensable role. Laboratory staff, like the eyes of clinicians, have great responsibilities. Every result we get is closely related to whether patients can get timely treatment. In this process, I kept in mind the words "seriously and carefully", and I handled each specimen carefully according to the prescribed process without any mistakes. Because I know this is not only to lay the foundation for developing good work habits in the future, but also to be responsible for patients. Because of this year's experience in the laboratory, we have a more comprehensive and profound understanding of the importance of testing the seriousness of this job.

In this short time, I have benefited a lot, and the gains during this period will lay a good foundation for our future work and study. I can't sum up my feelings simply, accurately and clearly in words. I am grateful and reluctant. Thanks to the care and teaching of the leaders and laboratory teachers of Changde First People's Hospital, I will embark on my future work with a more proactive working attitude, more solid operational skills and richer theoretical knowledge!

Part III: Experience of clinical laboratory practice Clinical practice is an indispensable key link for medical laboratory students to combine theoretical knowledge with practice, get all-round development and finally move towards the clinical front line. Its purpose is to make students learn to apply theoretical knowledge in practical work, enhance operational skills, and cultivate the ability to analyze, solve and work independently. Because of its various contents, complex detection and rapid development, how to complete the clinical practice teaching task as a teaching teacher will be the key. For more than ten years, our department has undertaken different levels of clinical practice teaching tasks, and made active explorations in the process. Now our experience in clinical laboratory practice teaching is summarized as follows:

1, dedicated, pay attention to professional ethics education.

As a teaching hospital, the students trained are not only excellent in technology, but also excellent in ideological style. First of all, to become a qualified medical worker, we must have the idea of dedicating ourselves to the medical cause and serving the sick and wounded wholeheartedly. Without this idea as the basis, no matter how high our medical skills are, they are all empty talk. Therefore, we must strengthen professional ethics education, especially for those students who have no work experience, which will have a far-reaching impact on their life development. Emphasis is placed on organizational discipline, compliance with rules and regulations, and the cultivation of internship students' thinking of not being afraid of hardship and fatigue, and their meticulous and dedicated work style. Because clinical examination is a dirty, tired and bitter job, we should focus on cultivating students' thoughts of loving their major and disregarding fame and fortune. At the same time, it is also necessary to explain the importance of clinical laboratory practice to students, so that students can strictly abide by the rules and be meticulous at all times and cultivate their rigorous work style.

2. Grasp the foundation, highlight the key points and teach students in accordance with their aptitude.

Because students mainly study theory in school, most of them have poor hands-on ability and irregular operation, and the inspection needs strong hands-on ability. Therefore, regardless of biochemical test, blood test, immune test and microbial test, we should start from the most basic operation and work bit by bit. Practice teaching focuses on all kinds of routine tests, focusing on mastering the application of basic theory and basic operation skills, and explaining and demonstrating the detection methods, principles and precautions of some routine tests in detail; For some simple pure morphological content, simply put it; For some traditional project detection methods, it is rarely talked about (such as urine sugar, urine amylase determination, cerebrospinal fluid, anti-O, widal reaction, etc. ).

In addition, we should also pay attention to teaching students in accordance with their aptitude, not at different levels. For most undergraduate laboratory students, they have good basic theory, strong hands-on ability and quick acceptance ability, so they should strengthen their study of new theories, technologies and knowledge. So that their knowledge level can be further developed in depth and breadth.

3. Strengthen quality management and hold special lectures regularly.

Quality is the key to all laboratory work, and the quality of each test result is directly related to clinical diagnosis and treatment, and to patients' lives. From the first day of internship to the department, we require students to firmly establish the concept of "quality first". There are strict requirements for sample collection before analysis, quality control during analysis and recheck of results after analysis, and interns are required to participate in the inter-room quality evaluation to understand its function and purpose. In order to achieve these goals, we often hold lectures and case studies in various disciplines. Through special lectures, students' scattered knowledge can be systematically summarized, theory and practice can be truly combined, and the importance of inspection quality can be more deeply recognized.

4. Attach importance to scientific research and strengthen foreign language learning.

We ask each student to write a literature review and make a preliminary project design under the guidance of the teacher. Cultivate students' ability to search documents, choose topics and ask questions, and also cultivate students' ability to comprehensively analyze documents and write academic articles independently.

At present, many graduation papers of interns in our department have been published in academic journals. Last year, the graduation thesis of 97 students internship in our department was rated as "excellent graduation thesis". As a worldwide communication tool, foreign languages broaden people's horizons. The application of computers has improved work efficiency and accelerated the worldwide technical exchange and the acquisition of information related to medical examination. Therefore, we must pay attention to improving interns' foreign language and computer application ability, so that they can adapt to the work quickly after they arrive at the new work unit. Strengthening foreign language teaching and improving students' computer application ability will, as always, become the focus of future teaching.

5, timely summary, and constantly improve the teaching level.

There are relatively many young people in our unit, so there is also the problem of lack of experience in the teaching process. Therefore, in the teaching process, we attach importance to the cultivation of teachers' own quality and require teachers to teach in strict accordance with the internship outline. After each experiment, teachers should write teaching records, find out problems, sum up experience, and solve problems by consulting relevant materials or discussing with each other. Regular laboratory teaching seminars provide a platform for everyone to exchange teaching experience and improve together.

Chapter four: Experience of clinical laboratory practice In the first semester, our teaching reform class went to the emergency department of the First Affiliated Hospital of our school for several internships, and really got close contact with and observed the medical behavior of clinicians. I contacted the clinic in advance and gained a lot of valuable experience in advance.

First of all, through the internship, we learned about the patient's medical treatment process in the emergency department of the First Affiliated Hospital. The whole process is as follows: patients first register at the registration office, or make an appointment by telephone or online, then wait in line outside the corresponding clinic, and then enter the clinic for doctor consultation when it is their turn; Then the doctor will carefully ask the patient about various conditions and make a preliminary diagnosis, and remind the patient to pay the necessary examination fees; After the patient comes back from the examination, the doctor will make a further diagnosis according to the examination, and finally prescribe medicine or advise the patient to have surgery. The doctor will tell the patient some medical advice. If the patient needs to be hospitalized and there are spare beds in the hospital, the doctor will arrange for the patient to be hospitalized. When the patient goes for a check-up, the doctor will continue to follow the patient. Therefore, we can see that with the help of advanced registration system, patients can see a doctor in the First Affiliated Hospital conveniently and orderly, and the work efficiency of doctors will be improved accordingly.

During my internship, I realized the importance of communication, the importance of communication and the happiness it brought me. Communication is an art, it is a bridge to build understanding and trust between people. Whether we can communicate or not affects not only our lives, but also our work. During the internship, we also felt the rigorous and responsible medical style of clinicians. In a more humane society, our doctors have long been concerned about not only diseases, but also patients' mental health and treat every patient more humanely. When patients come in from outside the clinic, they will smile and tell their illness. After the doctor's consultation, if the patient needs to be transferred to surgery, he will first kindly explain to the patient the necessity and approximate cost of the operation. If the patient agrees to the operation, he will inform the doctor in the operating room and tell the patient where the operating room is. It is no longer that everything is decided by doctors, but more is to comprehensively consider patients' wishes and respect their choices. We have received training in different clinics, and the doctors in the internal medicine clinic impressed us the most. Medical patients are generally uncomfortable, sometimes vomiting and coma. Therefore, doctors need to have greater psychological endurance and take adequate preventive measures. This internship is undoubtedly of far-reaching significance to our freshmen. We got rid of the old habit that we can only get in touch with patients by knowing the theoretical knowledge of textbooks. Let's get in touch with the clinic early and feel the work of the clinician in advance. I hope that I can arrange my time scientifically in my future study career, learn excellent medical technology, improve my humanistic cultivation, and make full preparations for becoming an excellent doctor in the future.
