There used to be a saying that a doctoral student without a thesis is the same as a concubine without children in the palace. Then, if you don't have a doctoral student, it means that your concubine doesn't have children of her own.
What do you mean? With the thesis, it means that you still have something, so it won't look so bleak when you find a job after graduation. But if none of your papers are works, to put it mildly, you are making wedding dresses for others.
Let's not talk about applying for a job in colleges and universities. Let's talk about the immediate thing, that is, this small thesis and doctoral graduation, as well as the award. Generally speaking, most universities and research institutes require at least one SCI paper (for example, our school is in the third district and above) or two Chinese cores when they graduate.
Do you think it's ok to do only 2 1? No, no,no. The requirement must be that you are a writer, or that your tutor is a writer, and you are a writer (after three writers, I personally feel that it has no effect except enriching my resume).
Okay, the point is. If the tutor works once and you work twice (as everyone knows), what influence does it have on you?
Take my own school as an example. If you want to graduate, the mailing address of the tutor is generally required to be your school. What do you mean? For example, some tutors like to recruit students in front of students, and some tutors like students to run after reading and go to other schools. Then it is possible that your second work is invalid.
However, the two invalid works have no meaning for graduation or evaluation.
Then talk about what it means not to write a paper when applying for a job.
Generally speaking, everyone agrees that a work is the founder of the whole paper idea, the main finisher of the whole process and the writer of the paper. But you didn't do anything, doesn't that mean you don't meet one of the three conditions?
So do you use the idea of a mentor (that is, you are a person who has no ideas of your own and can't think of innovation)? Or you didn't do most of the content in the process (that is, you don't have any real talent, maybe you are just an asshole)? Or you haven't written a small paper (paper writing has not been systematically trained, and the ability to write papers and do scientific research needs to be learned).
Of course, there is another situation, that is, the tutor robbed one of your works. This shows-you are a child who doesn't know how to resist, and you can't even keep your own paper? (However, everyone knows the truth about China's eye socket, and the doctoral students are just victims. )
Then ask-as a university boss, why do you want to recruit a doctoral student with incomplete scientific research experience? Can I find a normal one that smells bad?
