Phenomenon: College students pay attention to eco-agriculture when starting a business.
Since the beginning of this year, Zhongshan has held two large-scale entrepreneurship competitions, the Youth Entrepreneurship Plan Competition and the E-commerce Competition. According to the organizer of the event, Zhongshan Youth League Committee, 90% of the participants came from several local universities. The entries of the contestants are closely related to food, clothing, housing and transportation.
The reporter combed the specific terms and found that among the 1 15 terms, more than 15 terms are related to agricultural products, which mainly focus on the concepts of green, environmental protection and ecology. In addition, there are five projects related to agricultural e-commerce. Moreover, two of the three champions of the two competitions are agricultural e-commerce projects, namely "Pastoral 5+2 Life Museum" and CSA Alliance. These two projects put forward the concept of "sharing the burden and benefits", emphasizing the safety, health and environmental protection of agricultural products, and paying attention to realizing online and offline synchronous sales with the help of electronic commodity platforms.
In this e-commerce competition, the green agricultural products trade project has also attracted everyone's attention. According to the project leader, Cai Zhiwei, a sophomore at Guangdong University of Technology, they plan to cooperate with Postal Savings Bank to set up Green Mail Agricultural Electronic Commerce Co., Ltd. At present, the company has reached a cooperation agreement with Postal Savings Bank, and plans to cooperate with planting bases in Zhongshan, Jiangmen and Zhuhai to sell green and pollution-free agricultural products.
Featured projects tend to use the new O2O marketing model.
"At present, there are competitors such as B2C, C2C, physical supermarkets and vegetable markets. Our advantages are very obvious, mainly pollution-free protection, city distribution and postal logistics professional distribution. " Cai Zhiwei said that at present, there are several large and mature agricultural products purchasing platforms on the Internet, but these platforms are not targeted at a certain region, but distributed nationwide or limited to provinces. C2C has many small-scale agricultural products online stores, but it can't guarantee the quality of agricultural products. Physical supermarkets or vegetable markets can guarantee quality and freshness, but there is no free time to buy them.
He believes that the above factors make fresh agricultural products e-commerce have development space and market. Chen Ye expressed a similar view. He said that life O2O is the only field on the market that can generate super e-commerce. Their project CSA aims to break the traditional practice of selling agricultural products by means of online to offline, so as to stimulate farmers' enthusiasm for planting and ensure the quality of agricultural products. This way can also shorten the sales chain of agricultural products, so that farmers and consumers can get the greatest benefits.
It is understood that the CSA project has reached a cooperation agreement with Gengdu Xinyuan Farm in Zhongshan City. Chen's team is responsible for the e-commerce promotion of the farm. At present, they have set up two offline sales points in Shi Qi District, namely, take food. Consumers can pick up the goods at this point after placing an order online. Because the project is in the early stage of operation, the current profit is relatively small. "We make ends meet." Chen Yukai said.
Difficult cold chain logistics technology is not perfect, and it is difficult to land the project.
"Our project has been running for about half a year. I think the biggest problem at present is the imperfect cold chain logistics technology. " As a sophomore, Chen's attention and research on agricultural e-commerce is not inferior to that of his experienced peers. Compared with several students, Zhongshan is the first stop of CSA resource integration. They believe that decentralized and small-scale agricultural production and management methods lead to low level of agricultural industrialization. Therefore, moving towards e-commerce and expanding sales channels are the key to the development of agricultural enterprises in the future.
In the process of entering e-commerce, traditional industries will face various challenges. Chen Yunkai believes that the biggest difficulty of fresh agricultural products e-commerce is the imperfection of the cold chain logistics industry. "CSA Alliance is committed to creating a boutique route integrating agricultural industrial chain and eco-tourism. But at present, the agricultural industrial chain has not been fully formed, and most of them are vegetables. Due to seasonal and organic restrictions, agricultural products are planted in a single way, and consumers often receive the same dishes for several weeks. When the old dishes are not finished, the new dishes are coming again, which is easy to waste. " Chen Yukai said.
The "pastoral 5+2" life museum also encountered such problems. "Tianyuan 5+2" has established a supply base for agricultural products, and the offline sales point is called "Our Times". According to Zhang, the person in charge, since +00 started operation in June 2008, there have been 520 fixed individual members and 50 corporate members. Zhang said that at the end of this month, their WeChat store was officially launched. In the future, the circulation chain will be further improved, and the marketing channels will be broadened with the help of e-commerce platforms, so that fresh agricultural products can cover the whole world through e-commerce.
