Chinese Journal of Radiation Oncology is the only academic journal specializing in radiation oncology treatment in China, and its academic quality is not lower than that of similar journals in developed countries in Europe and America, and a number of high-quality papers have been gradually introduced and published in similar journals abroad. For example, Int J Radiat Oncol Biol Phys in the United States and Radiate Other Oncol in Europe. According to the color of the magazine cover, the former is called "red book" and the latter is called "green book". This seal is similar to the "little red book", so it is called "little red book" in China. Professor Gu Xizhi, honorary editor-in-chief of this magazine, and Professor Liu Taifu and Professor Yin Weibo, former deputy editors of this magazine, were appointed as the editorial boards of the Red Book and the Green Book respectively.
