Lin (190165438+February 23rd-65438+April 22nd 0983), born in Xiamen, Fujian, is a physician, medical educator, academician of China Academy of Sciences, director of obstetrics and gynecology of Peking Union Medical College Hospital, and vice president of China Academy of Medical Sciences.

Lin graduated from Peking Union Medical College; 193 1 assistant professor of obstetrics and gynecology, Peking union medical college hospital; 1937 Associate Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Peking Union Medical College Hospital; 1940, director of obstetrics and gynecology, Peking Union Medical College Hospital; 1955 was elected as an academician of China Academy of Sciences; From 65438 to 0959, he served as president of Beijing Maternity Hospital and vice president of China Academy of Medical Sciences.

1983 died in Beijing on April 22nd at the age of 82.
