1. Preparation method of construction drawing budget

There are two methods to compile the construction drawing budget: unit price method and physical method.

(1) unit price method

The unit price method is used to prepare the construction drawing budget, which is to use the unit valuation table or budget quota base price of construction and installation projects compiled by various regions and departments, multiply the quantities calculated according to the construction drawing by the corresponding unit price or budget quota base price and add them to get the quota direct fee, plus other direct fees, which is the project direct fee; Then, based on the direct cost or labor cost of the project, the indirect cost, planned profit and tax of the project are calculated according to various charging rates stipulated by relevant departments; Finally, the above expenses are summarized as the budget expenses of general civil engineering.

This compilation method is convenient for technical and economic analysis and is a commonly used compilation method.

(2) Physical methods

Compiling the construction drawing budget of general civil engineering by the physical method is to multiply the quantities of each item calculated according to the construction drawing by the consumption of labor, materials and construction machinery in the budget quota, classify and summarize all the labor, materials and construction machinery in the project, multiply them by the current and local labor wage standards, the unit prices of various materials and construction machinery, and calculate the direct cost of the project. Indirect expenses, planned profits and taxes are calculated in the same way as the unit price method.

2. Steps of construction drawing budget

(1) Collect basic data and get ready.

Mainly collect the basis for preparing the construction drawing budget. Including construction drawings, relevant general standard drawings, records of joint review of drawings, design change notice, construction organization design, budget quota, charging standard and market material price.

(2) Be familiar with basic data such as construction drawings.

Before preparing the construction drawing budget, be familiar with and check whether the construction drawing is complete, whether the size is clear, understand the design intention and grasp the whole picture of the project. In addition, collect relevant information for the project content of the budget, including understanding and mastering the scope of use of budget quota, project content and engineering quantity calculation rules.

(3) Understand the construction organization design and construction site conditions.

Before compiling the construction drawing budget, we should understand the related contents that affect the project cost in the construction organization design. For example, the construction method of each sub-division project, the tools and transportation distance used to transport excess soil in earthwork, and the distance from the stacking point of building materials and components in the construction plan to the construction site. , so as to correctly calculate the engineering quantity, correctly apply or determine the base price of some subdivisional work. This is of great significance to correctly calculate the project cost and improve the budget quality of construction drawings.

(4) Calculation of engineering quantity

The calculation of engineering quantity shall be carried out in strict accordance with the drawing size and the engineering quantity calculation rules stipulated in the current quota, and the engineering quantity of sub-projects shall be calculated item by item in a certain order. Before calculating the quantities of each division, it is best to list the projects first. That is, according to the order of each item in the division project, the names of all items in the unit project are listed first, and then the quantities are calculated one by one. In this way, the blindness and disorder of engineering quantity calculation can be avoided, and the engineering quantity calculation can be carried out in an orderly manner, and the missing items and repeated items can also be avoided.

(5) Summary of quantities and base price of budget quota (budget unit price)

After the calculation and verification of the quantities of each sub-project are completed, the sub-project sequence specified in the budget quota manual shall be summarized item by item, and then the summarized quantities shall be copied to the project budget table, and the corresponding quota number, measuring unit, budget quota base price, labor cost, material cost and machine-team use fee of the calculated project shall be filled in the project budget table.

(6) Calculate the direct project cost

Calculate and summarize the direct cost of each subdivisional work, that is, the direct cost of general civil engineering quota, and then use this as the base to calculate other direct costs and on-site funds, and add them up to get the direct cost of the project.

(7) Calculate various expenses.

According to the charging standard (or overhead fee quota), calculate the overhead fee, planned profit, tax and other expenses, sum them up to get the project budget value, and fill it in the budget expense summary table. At the same time, calculate the technical and economic indicators, that is, the unilateral cost.

(9) Prepare the description, fill in the cover and bind it into a book.

Compilation instructions generally include the following contents:

1. The name of the construction drawing, project number, standard atlas and design changes adopted when preparing the budget;

2. The adopted budget quota and name;

3. Information such as management fee quota or dynamic price adjustment documents issued by the region;

4. Whether the steel bars and iron pieces have been adjusted;

5. Other relevant explanations. Usually it means that it cannot be expressed in the construction drawing budget and needs to be supplemented by words. For example, the materials needed in the sub-project quota are out of stock, so they are replaced by other materials, and their prices will be adjusted separately during settlement, so they need to be supplemented by words.

The cover of construction drawing budget usually includes: project number and name, building structure form, building area, number of floors, project cost, technical and economic indicators, preparation unit and date, etc.

Finally, the cover, compilation instructions, budget expense summary table, material summary table and engineering budget analysis table are arranged in the above order and bound into a book. After the preparation personnel sign and seal, please ask the relevant units to review, sign and seal, and the general civil construction drawing budget is completed.
