I. Introduction to Postgraduates
Postgraduate education belongs to the higher education in the national education sequence, which is divided into two levels: master's degree and doctoral degree. Postgraduate education is divided into academic education and non-academic education. Non-academic education is the responsibility of the State Council Academic Degrees Committee Office. After graduation, students only have academic certificates but no academic certificates. Postgraduate enrollment in the Department of College Students of the Ministry of Education belongs to academic education, that is, students have both academic degrees and academic certificates after studying and taking exams and passing thesis defense.
