Born in Dafeng, Jiangsu Province, 1955. Senior animal husbandry and elk research expert. 1977 graduated from the Department of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine of Yancheng Agricultural University. 1985 went to Northeast Forestry University to study wildlife management, 1987- 1988 went to the Chinese Academy of Forestry for further study, and 1990 went to the Smithsonian Academy for further study to exchange wildlife management and research. 1994 promoted to senior animal husbandry. He is currently the deputy director of Dafeng Elk Reserve in Jiangsu Province. Chairman of Dafeng Wild Elk Research Association. Member of china wildlife conservation association, China Zoological Society, China Ecological Society, China Veterinary Society and China Nature Reserve Research Association. 1993 was awarded the title of "Advanced Individual of Wildlife Protection in China" by china wildlife conservation association. Since 1978, he has been engaged in animal husbandry production research and trained a number of technical talents in animal husbandry production. 1986 participated in the establishment of Dafeng Elk Reserve. 1987 cooperated with the World Wide Fund for Nature and China Academy of Forestry to conduct a special study on the adaptation, utilization, habitat change trend and management (wild stocking of elk) in Dafeng, and won the third prize for scientific and technological progress of the Ministry of Forestry. "Study on blood physiological and biochemical indexes and ecological environment impact of Dafeng Elk" won the second prize of provincial scientific and technological progress. The "Dafeng Elk Wild Stocking" project has achieved initial results, making Jiangsu Dafeng Elk Reserve the largest wild elk reserve in the world so far, and the breeding speed of elk is 19 percentage points higher than the world average. We also successfully mastered the technology of extracting antler from elk, which filled the gap at home and abroad, and analyzed the chemical components of antler, horn and blood of elk, and successively developed velvet wine, velvet wine and velvet horn powder capsules. He has published 35 papers in professional journals at home and abroad, such as Elk's Return to Five Levels, Study on Estrus Behavior of Male Elk, Study on Feeding Plants of Elk, Present Situation and Development of Raw Elk, Determination of Chemical Components of Elk Velvet, etc. The achievements have a certain international influence and have been reported at international and domestic academic conferences many times.
