Yao, male,1born in February 1953, was born in Huarong, Hunan, Han nationality, party member, CPC. 1982 graduated from the Department of Economics of Fudan University with a master's degree. 1985- 1987 studied in the Department of Enterprise Economics and the Department of National Economics of the University of Munich. He is currently Dean of School of Management, Professor of Economics, Doctoral Supervisor, Member of National Master of Management (MPA) Education Steering Committee, Vice Chairman of China Industrial Economy Research and Development Promotion Association, Executive Director of china association for labour studies, Member of Zhejiang Provincial Government Advisory Committee, Vice Chairman of Zhejiang Labor Association, Vice Chairman of Jiang Wanling International Economic and Financial Investment Research Center of Zhejiang University, and Research Center of Labor Security and Public Policy of Zhejiang University. He used to be the judge of the Management Science Department of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the executive vice president of the School of Economics of Zhejiang University, and the president of the Zhejiang Economic Society. Enjoy the special government allowance of the State Council since 1992. 1997 was rated as the cross-century young and middle-aged academic leader in Zhejiang province, and was selected as the first class of "15 1 talent project" in Zhejiang province in the same year.
