In this "counterfeiting phenomenon", there may actually be improper signatures. If the signed author is not involved in research and writing, don't sign. However, in real life, parents of all kinds of candidates are eager for quick success and instant benefit. In order to take shortcuts, they give their signatures to candidates, and some even invite friends to "sign" their children in their works. But they generally don't know that this practice violates the basic norm of publishing scientific research results: only those who really participate in the research can get the right to sign, enjoy the corresponding honor and bear the corresponding responsibility.
There are three reasons for this phenomenon. First of all, it is unreasonable for independent enrollment to take published papers as evaluation index. Common sense shows that it is difficult to master research methods skillfully without certain knowledge accumulation and professional training, and it is even more difficult to carry out scientific research and write papers independently. From the development stage, the vast majority of high school students are far from being able to independently engage in scientific research and publish papers, and only a few particularly outstanding students can independently research and publish papers. Judging from the exposed journals, it seems that there are no high-level or influential ones, which actually shows that these candidates also know that they can only write low-level papers at best.
