Wait for the reviewer's comments. Reviewers are usually asked to give their comments within three weeks. However, if the reviewer feels that there is not enough time, he can write to the editor-in-chief to ask for an extension of the review period. The length of time depends on whether the reviewer is free to read your article and punctual. Usually about three weeks.
