After checking the grid, you can check the documents marked in red by the following steps:

1 Open Geda software and enter the duplicate checking report.

2 Find and open the compressed package in the report, which contains Lattice's report.

After unzipping the compressed package, you can see the PDF file, which is a Geda report.

4 Double-click to open the report, and you can see the document part marked in red.
