According to the academic hall, although the school is slightly different, the defense process is basically the same. Generally, each defense committee will hold a defense preparatory meeting first, and the formal defense process is as follows:

3. The respondent states the main contents of the paper (usually 10- 15 minutes).

4, the defense committee questions, the respondent to prepare (general 10- 15 minutes) after the answer.

5. The members of the defense committee and the people present ask questions, and answer the defense.

6. The defense committee held a meeting to comment on the thesis and defense (the instructor generally avoided), and voted by secret ballot to form a resolution of the defense committee.

7. Upon the resumption of the meeting, the Chairman announced the voting result and the resolution of the Committee.

8. The Chairman declared the National Defense Conference closed.
