In order to standardize the data format of periodicals and provide an important guarantee for the retrievability and evaluability of literature contents in large-scale comprehensive databases, authors are required to write the following contents when submitting manuscripts: article title (in Chinese and English); Author's name and work unit (in Chinese and English); Abstract and keywords (in Chinese and English); Postgraduate forum (master) should be accompanied by tutor's comments; If it belongs to a fund project, it shall indicate the name and number of the fund project; In the references, the suffixes \[M\], \[J\], \[A\], \[C\] and \[D\] of monographs and articles are collected. Submission method: the author can submit a manuscript to this magazine by email, and the manuscript should be typeset in word.

The review time is within 4 months from the date of receiving the manuscript. If you haven't received the announcement, you can check the manuscript processing in the column of "manuscript inquiry" on our homepage. After it is confirmed that it has not been adopted by this journal, the contributor can handle it by himself. You can't contribute two articles within four months, otherwise the consequences will be borne by the contributor.
