Handling of papers deemed as academic misconduct: (1) The editorial department should prudently inform the author of the papers finally deemed as academic misconduct, and allow the author to explain and defend this issue before making a decision on handling.
(2) If the paper has been hired but not officially published, the author will be directly informed that the paper will be rejected and his employment qualification will be cancelled in the manuscript processing flow of my website, and the author will be criticized, educated and warned.
(3) If the paper has been officially published, notify the author of the paper in written form, cancel the employment qualification of the paper, and order the author to refund the contribution fee of the paper. If it causes reputation or other losses to our magazine, we will reserve the right to continue to pursue compensation.
(4) If the circumstances are serious, the author's unit and name and the notice of canceling the paper will be published in the journal, and the author's unit and other scientific journals in this field will be informed of this event;
(5) For the papers written by the seriously plagiarized author as the first author, we will not employ any papers for two years.
