1. The urban management network is not perfect. At present, the street level in the "three-level management", as a government agency, has not played a sufficient role in urban management. 2. There is a big funding gap in urban management. 3. Urban management is not strong enough. Digital city management puts forward new and higher requirements for us, which not only requires the disposal of problems, but also requires timely and thorough disposal. At present, the disposal power of towns, streets, communities and professional departments in XX District is obviously insufficient, including disposal teams, professional equipment and vehicles.
4. Poor sanitary equipment and facilities. First, there are few garbage transport vehicles and their condition is poor. According to the regulations, 40 vehicles should be equipped, but at present there are only 26 vehicles. By April next year, 10 vehicles will be scrapped. Second, there are few garbage transfer stations, which should be 60 according to regulations, but at present there are only 1 1. Third, the toilet is old. There are more than 230 public toilets in the whole region, accounting for more than 80% of the public toilets in the city. 5, community urban management work is weak. 6. Social participation is not high. At present, urban management has shown a pattern of "big urban management", and it is difficult to achieve comprehensive urban management by relying solely on government departments. However, due to publicity, education and other reasons, the people's understanding and participation in urban management and the quality of citizens are not high, their awareness of consciously observing laws and regulations is not strong, their enthusiasm for participating in urban management is not high, and the competition mechanism is not fully introduced.
Three. Countermeasures and suggestions
Urban management is a complex systematic work, and it is also a long-term and arduous task. We should base ourselves on reality, renew our ideas, explore boldly and solve difficult problems, speed up the realization of long-term urban management, improve management efficiency and constantly optimize the regional environment. With the development of economy and society and the improvement of people's living standards, urban management is more and more people-oriented, standardized, service and efficient. 1, adhere to the four principles of long-term urban management:
