Competition teaching method is a teaching method to complete exercises according to unified competition rules and maximum intensity under competition conditions. The application of competition teaching method in basketball teaching is of great significance for developing students' physique, consolidating and improving basketball skills and tactics, mobilizing students' enthusiasm, adjusting classroom atmosphere, enhancing students' friendship, cultivating collectivism spirit and other good qualities, and cultivating the consciousness and ability of lifelong physical exercise. First, the dribbling competition: the whole class is divided into four groups, and the leader of each group stands on the finish line with a ball. At the beginning of the game, the team leader dribbled the ball to the finish line and brought it back to the second student. The second student performs the same method, and so on. The ranking is determined according to the order of completion, and the first finisher ranks first. Similar half-court round-trip dribbling or a combination of half-court and full-court round-trip dribbling can be played like this. Arc dribbling competition: the whole class is divided into three groups. During the competition, two people in each group stand at the intersection of the center circle and the center line (or both ends of the penalty line) with a ball, and their right hands dribble counterclockwise along the center circle (or the arc of the penalty line), chasing each other (the ball can't touch the circle and arc), and exchange with the next group when catching up with the previous person or dribbling wrongly. Ring dribbling competition: the class is divided into four groups, standing at the four corners of the court. At the beginning of the game, the leader of each group took a ball, dribbled it counterclockwise around the sideline and end line, and then handed it to the second student. The second student does it in the same way, and so on. Which group finishes first wins (each group always stands at the intersection of the sideline and the end line, and it is effective for the practitioner to dribble around this person). Mixed dribbling competition: the class is divided into four groups, each group stands at the end of the line and holds the ball. At the beginning of the game, the thread head quickly dribbles the ball around the pre-set obstacles, then transports it to the other end line, and then directly transports it back to the original place and gives it to the students behind. The following students follow the same method, and the first one who finishes wins. Second, the game of passing and catching the ball is positive. In the catch game, the whole class is divided into 4 to 6 groups with 6 or 8 people in each group. Each group is divided into two equal teams, standing face to face, with a distance of 3 to 4 meters. After passing each other, they ran to the end of the other team, and each team sent a referee. There are three forms of competition. The first is to determine the ranking according to the order of mistakes, and the ones that make mistakes later rank first. Second, according to the specified time (5 minutes), see which group passes and receives the ball more times. The one with more times ranks first. Third, each group completes 100 passes and catches the ball, and the ranking is determined according to the order of completion. The first finisher ranks first. Triangular mobile pass-and-catch game, quadrangular mobile pass-and-catch game and pentagonal mobile pass-and-catch game can be played according to the method of head-on running pass-and-catch game. In the passing and catching match during the March, the whole class was divided into two equal groups, and each group was divided into two equal groups to stand at the finish line. At the beginning of the race with a distance of 2-3 meters, the first two people in each group run to pass and catch the ball to the other end line, and then pass and catch it back to the second classmate. The second student will do the same, and so on, and the first one will win. Third, the shooting game in situ shooting game: Method 1: The class is divided into 4 groups, each group has a ball and a basket, and each person must shoot behind the free throw line. Those who miss the shot keep shooting until they hit it, and then grab the rebound and give it to the next classmate to see which group finishes first. Method 2: The whole class is divided into two groups, each group has 3 to 4 goals, and it takes turns to shoot after the penalty line 10 minutes to see which group has more hits. Method 3: shoot at nine o'clock. The class is divided into 3 to 4 groups with 9 people in each group (there is no limit to one group according to the class size). Each group 1 ball, each person plays a ball at each point. After hitting the ball, they rotate clockwise. Those who hit the ball continue to vote, and then wait for the other eight students to miss before voting. The first person to hit nine balls wins. Shooting competition on the March: Method 1: Divide the class into two groups, each with a ball on his head. At the beginning of the game, two rows of heads quickly dribbled in the opposite direction to catch the low-handed (high-handed) shot during the March, and the loser made up the basket until he hit it, and then quickly transported it back to the middle line to the second classmate to repeat the exercise to see which group finished first. Method 2: Dribble back and forth in pairs to chase the game. Two people stand at the midpoint of two terminal lines respectively. At the beginning of the game, two people each dribbled the ball in opposite directions quickly, and then grabbed the low hand (master) to shoot during the March. Those who miss the shot make up the basket until they hit it. After the hit, they were transported back to continue shooting in the same way. When one of them catches up with the other, hit the ball first (one of them has more shots than the other). Half-time rotation: divide the class into three groups with basically the same level, and play three-on-three games in two to four half-times, with three or five goals as a game, and the winner will continue to play with the next group. Those who lose will wait until the first round of each group match in this half to continue practicing. When there are many people and few venues, you can work in groups of four. When students are not enthusiastic about practicing and treat the game negatively, they can take the method that the loser continues to play and the winner rests, forcing students to strengthen their offensive initiative. Elimination match: according to the number of students in the teaching class, the whole class is divided into 8 groups with similar level, with 3 or 4 students in each group, and the extra students are judged, graded and given time. Each team will choose a team leader, draw lots to determine the team number, and divide it into the first half and the second half. One to eight people were eliminated by the elimination system. You can set 3 or 5 balls for a game, or 10 minute for a game. In a draw, penalty kicks decide the outcome. This method can not only improve students' technical and tactical level, but also improve students' organization and judgment ability. 5. Full-court scoring competition: Usually, a teaching class stands in two rows when the number of students is relatively small. At this time, one row and two rows of cumulative scoring methods can be used in the competition, and two rows of numbers can be reported. In the first section, students with the number 1 to 5 in the first row will compete with students with the number 1 to 5 in the second row; In the second section, the students in the first row from 6 to 10 compete with the students in the second row from 6 to 10, and so on. When the number of students is not a multiple of 5, students with smaller mantissa can compete 6-6 or 7-7, and each class 12 minutes, without rest, the highest score wins. This method can give every student a chance to exercise.
