Composition:
Glutinous rice flour 100g, peeled pumpkin 120g, Lycium barbarum 12g, brown sugar, red dates and osmanthus fragrans.
Operating steps:
1. Slice pumpkin, steam it, press it into mud, add glutinous rice flour, knead it into balls, and knead it into balls in turn.
2. Boil red dates with clear water, add pumpkin balls and cook until floating, and add medlar and brown sugar.
3. Pour in appropriate amount of water starch and sprinkle osmanthus in the pan.
