Female, from Tongjiang, Sichuan, member of China Democratic National Construction Association and member of International Criminal Law Association. 1984- 1988, majoring in Russian in the Foreign Languages Department of Southwest Normal University, with a bachelor's degree in Russian language and literature; 1988- 199 1 year, studied in the direction of international criminal law in the Department of Criminal Law of Sichuan University, and obtained a master's degree in law. 199 1- 1993 studied for a doctor's degree in international law in Peking University Law Department, 1997-2000 studied for a doctor's degree in criminal law in Peking University Law School and obtained a doctor's degree in law. He used to be an associate professor, a second-class police inspector and a master tutor of the People's Public Security University of China, and now he is an associate researcher, an associate professor and a master tutor of the Institute of Law of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, and a part-time researcher and postdoctoral researcher of the Criminal Law Science Research Center of Renmin University of China, the State Key Research Base. He has published 2 monographs, co-authored more than one academic work 10, and published nearly 50 papers and translations independently or jointly.
