At present, he is mainly engaged in the diagnosis and treatment of hepatobiliary and pancreatic diseases, and has deep attainments in liver transplantation and immune tolerance after transplantation. In 2009, the application project "Effect of nitric oxide competitive inhibition of IDO enzyme activity on ischemia-reperfusion injury of fatty liver donors" was supported by the National Natural Fund (general project). The project "Double protective effects of IDO enzyme blocking TGF-β/Smad signal pathway and anti-fibrosis on chronic rejection of liver transplantation" was once again supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China for 20 1 1 year. Participated in the completion of the project "Clinical study of portal vein intestinal drainage in liver transplantation and simultaneous pancreas-kidney transplantation" and won the first prize of scientific and technological progress in Shanghai in 2006; The project "Basic and Clinical Research on Biliary Complications and Perioperative Management of Liver Transplantation" won the first prize of scientific and technological progress of China Ministry of Education in 2007. So far, as the person in charge, he has undertaken five projects, two of which are national, one is Shanghai municipal and the other two are Shanghai Jiaotong University Medical College projects. The project fund is 1 1 10000. Published 23 papers, including 5 SCI papers, and the research results were published in SCI core journals such as JCI, PNAS, JBC and JPR. He is currently the editorial board of international magazines such as Gastroenterology Research and Practice and world chinese journal of digestology.
