According to the spirit of the Notice on Adjusting the Grading of Professional and Technical Qualification Papers (No.300 (2005)) issued by the Provincial Personnel Department, the requirements for works and papers can be briefly summarized as follows:
Advanced application: publish 2-3 papers in professional journals with CN number and ISSN number, or publish more than 1 paper in professional journals with CN number, and write more than 2 high-level special technical analysis (demonstration) reports to solve complex technical problems.
Intermediate application: 1 paper should be published in professional journals with CN number and ISSN number, or 1 above special technical analysis (demonstration) reports written in CN number to solve technical problems.
